The Webmaster of this website cannot accept any legal responsibility for the accuracy of the advertisements, or any alleged breaches of contract on an advertiser's part and the advertiser indemnifies The Webmaster of this website against all costs, expenses and losses arising out of a claim relating to the content of an advertisement. Advertisers are responsible for keeping their availability accurate and up-to-date by informing the Webmaster of this website of any bookings. Advertisers should inform us immediately of any material change required in the description of the property.

Layout and design of this website
The Webmaster of this website reserves the right to determine the final design layout of the individual customer's pages, including the right to edit copy, or amend layouts or photographs supplied. Changes to adverts
The content of full page ads is displayed online for 12 months from the date the advertisement first appears. Special offers, late availability, dated offers etc cannot be added. Changes of photos, text etc can be made to a page at the time of annual renewal only. Permanent contact details will be changed as and when necessary.

The Webmaster of this website reserves the right to refuse hypertext links to commercial accommodation advertisers, or addresses of, other web sites from advertisers' pages. 

Advertising more than one property on one advertisement 
Each advertisement on the web site displays an individual property where people will spend their holidays - not examples of properties in a given area. Only one property can appear on each advertisement, unless it is a property with multiple rental units on the same site, and additional advertising units are purchased. For option 2, Prices and Availability will only be shown for one property on each ad purchased.  The Webmaster of this website reserves the right to amend the copy or remove the advertisement, when more than one property is described in the advertisement. 

Termination of advertising
If advertisers wish to have their advertisement removed from the Internet before the end of their subscription period, this will be done, but no refunds will be made. 
If an advertised property is sold, the advertising can be transferred to the new owners, but will be considered as a new advert for billing purposes.
The Webmaster of this website reserves the right to refuse any advertisement for the web site, and will not be liable for any loss or expense in so doing. 

Privacy 
The Webmaster of this website treats the personal information of site users with the utmost respect and confidentiality and takes reasonable steps to ensure that your personal information is stored securely and accurately. Your personal information will never be provided to any third party for their marketing or promotional use.

Contacting Property Owners 
In the interest of maintaining a high level of service to holidaymakers using the site, we require all advertisers to be available to respond to enquiries by telephone or email. Should advertisers be unavailable for a period of more than 1 week, we ask them to leave an answerphone message to that effect or set up an out of office response on their email account. If neither of these options is viable, we ask that advertisers contact us so we can place a note to that effect on their advert. 

Changes to pricing and conditions 
The Webmaster of this website reserves the right to change the rates and terms and conditions without notice. Any new rates will be applicable immediately for new advertisers and upon renewal for existing advertisers.
