We welcome you to Y Waun, where you can enjoy your holiday in
peace and tranquillity. We offer a warm welcome and a friendly
atmosphere where you can relax and unwind leaving behind you the
stresses of everyday life. We hope that at the end of your stay with
us you will feel rejuvenated and closer to nature.
Y Waun is set in 3.5 acres of landscaped grounds, comprising of a
small wooded area, gardens and three wildlife ponds. Two of the
ponds are suitable for course fishing (British rod licence
required), and are stocked with a mixture of fish including Carp,
Tench, Rudd, and a mixture of silver fish. There is ample off road
parking for your car, and additional parking for a trailer or boat
if so required (if towing please indicate size of trailer being
towed).

Y Waun is ideally situated for access to the local towns and
villages of New Quay (1.5 miles), Aberaeron (6 miles), Llangrannog
(9 miles) and Cardigan (21 miles). Y Waun is approximately 1 mile
from the picturesque beach of Cei Bach, where access can be gained
via a nearby public footpath which links directly to the
Ceredigion Heritage Coastal Path.
Guest accommodation comprises of a large en-suite room with a
super kingsize double bed. The room is beautifully appointed,
being very clean and crisp. Facilities include digital television,
DVD player, music centre and a hospitality tray.
